Mark is 100% pro choice. He believes that women need to be in charge of their own healthcare decisions, not the government. After the overturning of Roe v. Wade WV legislatures immediately banned abortion and had even proposed legislation that wanted to ban it even when it was a medical emergency. This is unacceptable. This isn’t who we are. Mark will fight Charleston tirelessly for women.
