Putting People First
Mark has a simple promise: to put the people of the 47th District first. For a long time, politicians and their donors have shaped the legislative agenda in Charleston and, by doing so, left so many hard-working West Virginians behind and forgotten.
West Virginians deserve better than this. Mark wants to give working people a fair shot, to stand up for unions, and to create a fair economy that rewards workers for their labor. Mark will fight every day to make Charleston accountable for the people it serves.
That means protecting workers’ rights, strengthening labor unions, and creating incentives to bring good-paying jobs back home. Together we can rebuild West Virginia. We can revive our economy. We can fight the opioid epidemic head on. We can create an education system that is first in the nation, not last. We are fed up with career politicians in Charleston taking advantage of the people who they claim to serve.
